Terrible customer service

You get what you pay for, I guess. What made us leave was the super rude, condescending, misogynistic support reps. We had a user here that got *laughed at* on the phone to the point where she had to hang up, and not a single ticket (of the many) we opened was ever handled professionally or by a respectful individual. My advice is go with company that takes pride in their offering and values their customers.

Phone line doesn't work. No refund policy, cant speak to someone live. Cant activate and instructions are not helpful. It seems they just want your credit card in order to bill and not refund.

Not knowing who youll are or what u were capable of someone gave me an iplum code Im stupid when it comes to tech. stuffI told them what code youll sent. I just figured out reason for it whatever is done in association with this number I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED IT... I have made copies of this and texts now I just need a telephone number there if someone to speak with, afrter that I should find out if I need to file something somewhere.Quite sure this is being read I dont care I would appreciate any help. App consistently freezes and i don't get text messages

App has constantly froze up. I contacted support and they said to change carrier settings, restart app, clear cache etc.

None of that worked. Still freezes.

Clearly there are bugs and issues with this app. I'd request a refund but they seem openly hostile to that idea.

HIPAA mobile lines for our clinic

We are a small clinic where we were using Google Voice on physician and nurses mobile phone. We realized, it is not HIPAA compliant when we call or text our clients. We reviewed 5 different mobile app companies and finally selected iPlum. These were our reasons: Pros: 1.Lowest cost. 2.We could use carrier calling mode for both inbound and outbound calls and still show the 2nd line as Caller ID. Most of other apps were VoIP which is not reliable. 3.Our doctors get an email alert and it can be supervised in one place with an admin portal. 4.We could easily text patients and put Auto-responder when if it is out of business hours. Cons: I would have liked if there is phone support but we were surprised to get responses for our questions via email with in few minutes.

Automatic deletion of messages and calls register

I was surprised when I woke up this morning all my messages and calls where all wiped out and also I was logged out of the iPlum app and ask to log in again which I did but to my greatest surprise I didn’t see any messages and calls I have received and made. Please what’s the solution to this I need an answer.

App crashed. Followed directions to have it use my carrier, then the data plan. Kept on crashing did this over and over. Reloaded app over 5 times. Was never told no refund if you pay for a year. My requests for refund because app did not work were called a rampage by clerk. Was going to port a number in. Not iplums fault but thank god.

Within 5 minutes I could nt use the # given

I tried calling within 5 minutes of getting and paying for a new # and they said that I have insufficient credits for the call to go through!!!! That I needed to buy more credits!!!!

Then I tried to cancel and I was told no refunds! Bad company and bad service! I feel they scam people that are starting a business. Went with another company, paid a little more but had someone live to help me immediately.

Grasshoper is the one I went next and I am very happy.

The call went through immediately and no credit crap! If I could I will give it 0000 stars

Dear User, Sorry you had any issues. There is a parking plan for toll-free numbers which has no credits and there are normal plans which have credits.

The cheap parking plans are only for parking a toll-free number temporarily. You can always activate them if you want to use them with credits.

If you had purchased a normal plan and had any issues, you can always contact us directly and we respond to each user for all questions. Thanks iPlum Team

There is no way to have a 3-way call. The ring lasts for less than 30 seconds which is the max and I have missed many important calls. The setup screen on the left is antiquated. Cannot wait to find an alternative and leave this lousy company behind.

I must share my horrible experience with a company called Iplum supposedly located in Silicone Valley, CA . They have a mobile app that acts as a 2nd number/ phone line for businesses. I have told this story so many times online, Better Busies Bureau and every site that i can. I have had service with Iplum since about July 2018. There is never a phone number to reach anyone , the only contact is support@***.com. Recently, i wanted to create a 2nd toll free number and downgrade the one that i had. I mentioned this in email exchanges with the company and I logged in to iplum and made the selection to downgrade the plan before the bill renewed. I was given a message that said " Your new plan will be charged when your bill renews on 11/12/2018" which was a few days away. I screenshotted this and selected submit. On 11/12/2018 I was charged 19.99 ( previous plan) instead of 8.99 ( current plan). I emailed this company and their initial response was " Everything is systematic so if you were charged for that plan then you would have to wait until next month" . Insinuating that this was my fault. I sent the screenshots and i mentioned that clearly in email exchanges i wanted to change the plan as it was hardly any usage on that number other than when i tested it when i got a new, separate toll free number with them. They refused to refund or even credit my account on the upcoming month and even told me that if I dint like what they do that I'm not locked in a contract. AT that point they basically said kick rocks and we don't want your business or care to fix this. I advised the company that I am not happy and I will have my bank handle this and I will be porting my number as well as writing bad reviews regarding my experience with Iplum. After i wrote a review on facebook, they begin emailing me saying, "Customers like you waste your time", "Customers like you want free stuff", even stating "We will find what you do and you will suffer the consequences". That's a clear threat. They continued to email me and I continued to tell them I would not be threatened to stop reviews and I will continue and create a blog to warn others. They went under an online complaint I posted and LIED and stated that the bad review is because they cancelled my account due to racketeering with my buddies (they refered to me as a "he" an I'm a female. They also said I was a blogger and going to post reviews and that I'm a internet scammer. Internet scammer , blogger and racketeering doesn't even make sense. The only truth is that I stated i was a blogger. They have cancelled BOTH my business toll free numbers in RETALIATION. They have somehow came up with the idea to accuse me of fraud or racketeering with NO evidence. I barely get calls at all. THEY HAVE NO grounds. This is so sad that a company would rather retaliate on bad reviews than give good service. They hide Facebook reviews, they have no google review page, they disable comments on Youtube, but you can tell from the down votes that people are not happy. They are always defensive and combative on the reply that i see ,. This is so wrong on many levels. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS WITH A COMPANY. Reviews are there for a reason and if you want good reviews you give good service. Not only was I overcharged and iplum would not rectify this, they cut 2 of my business lines in clear retaliation. I had 1 of those numbers ported over to them. This is sad, but I wont be shut up and I will seek legal action .

“Hope Fills” a blogger running “SPROUT GLOBAL CONNECTIONS LLC” based in Florida is an internet scammer From iPlum Support Staff: iPlum provides service in 100+ countries in 23 languages world wide. Any service would have some users who love it to heart & there are some users who don’t like it.

Our intention is to help every user professionally who emails us their request. We decided to expose this user to show what some of these so called agent bloggers are running new scams to generate negative news when they work for competitive companies. This person claims her name is “Hope Fills” as per our support emails. From various locations picked up by reviews posted by her, it says Jacksonville, FL.

She mentioned to us in emails that she is a blogger. The name she has used in Facebook is “Sandy Review”. She is also using other names at different websites. She runs a company called “SPROUT GLOBAL CONNECTIONS LLC which comes up as registered in AUGUSTINE, FL”.

She uses long writeup method in reviews to create a sense of realness of her postings. This is how she operates: She started with buying an iPlum service plan which she didn’t really care. Suddenly she sends us an email claiming that she has changed to a lower plan and asking us why the new plan is not effective. Demanding that she be given refunds otherwise she will put negative reviews all over the internet.

When our Support team asked to send the email confirmation of plan changes, she didn’t sent it. Rather she send us the screen shot of the page which allows a user to change plan but not “after” one has clicked it to change the actual plan which is a different screen. She can’t send that screenshot because she didn’t change the plan.

She went on rampage at social media & started posting negative reviews and taunting our staff, then went to various other review web sites. She also came here at this website to post review.
